About the event
Planning to start a new design project? From furniture to vehicles, from toys to electrical appliances — together we’ll map your research and spark new ideas.
This workshop, conducted as part of Women Designing Industry, is intended for women designers at all career stages. It offers a hands-on method for translating rich research materials into original design concepts through rhizomatic mapping — a creative, non-linear way to organize knowledge and reveal hidden connections.
During the session, each participant will synchronize the materials collected for her project on a personal rhizomatic map. From this web of information, we’ll uncover surprising links and develop fresh design directions.
